Characteristic of Success Entrepreneur

Each entrepreneur surely want success for the business, there for they always work hard in order to achieve the success of any business which he desired. Parameters of successful entrepreneurs is the success of in a business that he built. However, the key business success is in the hands of the entrepreneurs themselves.

Why is there a successful entrepreneur, and is there entrepreneur who fail? This is because entrepreneurs have different characteristics. If you want to become a successful entrepreneur, you must have the characteristics characteristic of Success Entrepreneur. Below are characteristic of Entrepreneur Success:

1. Ability to develop a clear focus.
You should know right what makes your business different from competitors. Develop a vision and implemented it, do not move from one idea to another idea. Many entrepreneurs fail because they feel that the new ideas that they find more interesting than they run now.

2. Realistic expectations.
If you do the diet and hope to lose weight five-pound per month, you will surely disappointed and give up. If your goal is realistic, most likely you will still hold on and succeed. Very rarely are people who "suddenly rich."

3. Willingness to make a plan.
The most successful entrepreneurs are those who have goals and a clear plan for achieved. They learn the market, competition, and mechanism, and are willing to truly learn all the obstacles that may be encountered.

4. Flexibility and adaptability.
In addition to a plan and a clear focus, you also need to have flexibility in responding to changing situations. In business, and life, everything changed, and there is certainly a problem.

5. The ability to overcome fear, because they had to sell.
In a certain sense, all the sellers are. You should not fear dealing with customers, motivate employees, and establish good relationships with suppliers. You do not need to have expertise when starting a business, but you must learn in order to keep your business running.

6. Willing to work hard.
There is no shortcut here; run business means working hard all the time.

7. A clear personal goal.
We all have desires different. We want to have a lot of money, and it is already in the home when children return school. We want to control all activities, but the products and services we produce are very diverse. The goals are clearly mutually incompatible with one another. To achieve success, you must focus on what is truly important to you and what you can achieve.

8. Experience.
You need not be experienced as a company manager's car to launch used car business, but you must have experience in related field or experience in implementing the ability you have as a manager, initiated a business before.

In the previous post, I have been writing about executing business strategy for business success. The success of a business is also located on the consumer, consumers are buying products or services that we offer. More consumers equal to more benefits we earn. Business Strategy and Executing Business Strategy Must Be Balanced

Business strategy is very important to build a new small business so that business can survive against the tight competition and still get consumers and our small business still operate. Business strategy can be how to get customers, how to increase sales, how to get more profit, improve service quality, improve productivity, etc.

As an entrepreneur, we will never be separated from the business strategy. We must be clever to run a business, the competition and deal with problems that can threaten the existence of our small businesses. But, business strategy is not the key for business success. Business strategy is very important, but don't forget how to execute the business strategy. Planning business strategy and executing business strategy must be balanced.

Talking about planning business strategy and executing business strategy, it reminds me with a book "Execution, The Discipline of Getting Things Done" by Larry Bossidy and Ram Charan. Do you ever read it? This book review on the importance of strategy in business. But a more important and people often forget is how to execute that strategy and how to apply business strategy into real actions that are useful for the company in achieving the objective.

This book is very interesting. He describes that in 2000, there was 20% of the world's top 100 companies (taken from the Fortune 100) CEO is dismissed or the sack or resign before the requested time. Why? In fact the CEO was not able to execute the strategy that has been described.

People always think about a good business model, strategies on how to become successful, what techniques should be done to achieve extraordinary success. They have the brilliant brain, genius, smart, MBA from top universities, have recognized a high IQ, and carefulness in work to see the market. But often fail. Why? They appeared not realistic. They do not see the execution as the best strategy. In other words, they do not run strategy with a good way.

If you want to become a successful entrepreneur in the business, think your business strategy with the well and execute a business strategy that has you made well also. Business strategy and executing business strategy must be balanced.
